After starting my career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I left to join Steven Douglas Associates. I have now been here for the majority of my professional career and I could not imagine a better place to be! I am SO lucky to have found my “home” so early on. After working for several years in another boutique search firm that was acquired by a giant I left and worked for an industry leading HR consulting firm during the toughest economic times we’ve seen in recent history. When the economy started turning around I saw it as an opportunity to join the firm I had long respected. After nearly a handful of years I can tell you that I made a great move and am very happy to be a part of the leadership team here at Steven Douglas.

When I came to work at Steven Douglas, it was like joining an all-star team. Everyone had at least 10 years of experience. As experienced as I was, I still had 20 top people to go to for advice or a second opinion.
